United Response, one of the UK’s largest disability charities, supports people with learning disabilities, autistic people and individuals with mental health needs to live their lives to the full across England and Wales. As the charity looks ahead to its next chapter, appointing a Chief Financial Officer is key to underpinning its ambitions, providing disciplined financial leadership, strengthening long-term resilience, and enabling sustainable growth in support of its mission.
We are delighted to have supported the appointment of Simon Hubble as CFO.
Simon joins United Response from Hft, where he served as CFO and Deputy CEO, playing a key role in strengthening financial governance and delivering a successful organisational turnaround. In addition to his experience within social care, Simon brings a strong commercial background, having held senior finance roles at organisations including Centrica Plc, Noble Group and ED&F Man. Simon has a strong track record in financial strategy, performance improvement and working closely with Boards and Executive Teams to drive sustainable impact.
