The Government of Oman is establishing an organisation that already has two major national projects under consideration which are positioned to becoming key anchors in urban planning, real estate development and growth in Oman. The Chief Executive Officer of the Group Holding Company will lead the organisation, direct its core projects, and drive its long-term ambitions. This includes overseeing prestigious projects such as the Al Khuwair Downtown redevelopment and the Al Jabal Al Ali developments. The organisation is Chaired by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, His Excellency Dr. Khalfan Al-Shueili and is in close partnership with the Oman Investment Authority.

Mr Al Sheibani has been Chief Executive Officer of Al Mouj Muscat since 2016, having held various senior positions at the organisation including Vice President of Finance and IT and Chief Financial Officer. He has played a key role in the development of Oman’s first integrated tourism complex, encompassing residential properties, retail, hospitality, a marina, and business parks. Earlier in his career, Mr Al Sheibani spent over six years at Petroleum Development Oman in finance roles and has also served as a Board Director and Audit Committee Member at Oman Investment and Finance Company.
