Moloney Search is delighted to have partnered again with the KKR backed Viridor on the appointment of Ian Yewer as the organisation’s new CPO.
Ian Yewer is an experienced HR executive who most recently served as HR Director at Rheinmetall / BAE Systems Land, where he led human resources, occupational health, communications and ESG. Prior to this, he held senior HR leadership roles at BAE Systems and Ovivo, with earlier experience at Rolls-Royce, specialising in global talent, organisational transformation and strategic workforce development.
