The Payments Systems Regulator Appoints their Chair and three Heads of Department
The PSR’s approach brings change to the payments industry, injecting competition
and innovation where it is needed most and putting the interests of the people and businesses
that use payment systems front and centre.
The PSR have recently appointed Aidene Walsh as their Chair. Aidene brings a wealth of understanding around the payments systems landscape, having previously been with the Banking Competition Remedies Ltd, the Fairbanking Foundation and Lloyds Banking Group.
Additionally, the organisation has also appointed, Alex Olive as General Counsel, Oliver Hanmer as its Head of Supervision and Compliance Monitoring and Natalie Golding as COO and Head of People and Operations.
Oliver joins from the Bar Standards Board where he was the Director of Regulatory Operations.
Alex trained at Hogan Lovells and then moved into the Competition and Markets Authority.
Natalie was previously Chief of Staff to the Cabinet Office Permanent Secretary
